very, very, verily

You know those people who pay with exact change every chance they get? My husband is 'king' of said folks. I, on the other hand, am not one of them. I don't know what causes the difference. What makes a person one or the other? Maybe it's laziness on my part, or perhaps too much pressure to count small coins quickly and accurately while there's a big sweaty man impatiently standing behind me in line. Even if it were all true, it's never been enough to create the intentions to change the way I pay. As a result of not paying with change, I end up with more change. And more change. Oh, and then even more change.

Some people get very irritated with my type. Too bad. I've been told that it's wasteful. But that's not true because I've been putting all my change to very, very, very good use. Ok, maybe I was a little over zealous with the 'very's. Three verys might imply that I'm using my change to save lives or achieve world peace. So perhaps I'll suffice it to say I've been putting all my change to very good use. You see, I've been using all my change to buy my daily caramel macchito. What a way to start every morning at work. I'll admit that I don't like black coffee much, so it has to be a froofy, perfectly frothed, caramely sort of drink. Having such a lovely start to the day truly makes me a nicer person because lets face it, I'm addicted now. So, on second thought, I think I AM putting all my change to very, very, very good use. In fact, I would say that by me getting my fix, I am less likely to become uncontrolably violent, thus saving lives. As it makes me a much calmer, pleasant person to be around, it counts toward world peace as well.
